The Founder
Founder, ISOS Security
Meet the founder
The Nottingham security professional who built ISOS from the front line.
ISOS Security was started for a simple reason. Too many security companies send untrained guards to sites they have never assessed, managed by people who have never worked a shift themselves. The result is unreliable cover, poor communication and businesses left exposed when they need protection most. We built the security company Nottingham deserves to be the opposite of that.
Our founder spent over 8 years working on the front line of the security industry — standing the posts, managing the doors, handling the incidents. That direct experience is what ISOS Security is built on. Every decision we make, from how we recruit to how we communicate with clients, comes from knowing what actually works on the ground.
We are SIA approved, fully insured and based in Nottingham. As the security company Nottingham businesses turn to for dependable cover, we provide security guarding, manned guarding, door supervision, close protection, key holding and alarm response across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and surrounding areas.

What to look for in a security company Nottingham can trust
Choosing a security company is a decision that directly affects the safety of your premises, your staff and your customers. The security industry in Nottingham and across the East Midlands includes companies of all sizes, and the quality of service varies significantly.
A credible security company should be SIA approved — confirmed by the Security Industry Authority as meeting the standards required to provide licensable security services. This is a legal requirement for businesses providing security guarding, door supervision and close protection in the United Kingdom. When you choose ISOS Security as your security company Nottingham can rely on, every credential is verifiable.
Beyond licensing, look for a company that carries public liability insurance, employs guards holding valid individual SIA licences, and can demonstrate genuine operational experience. Ask who manages the guards on site. Ask how they handle incidents. These details separate a professional security company Nottingham can trust from an operation that simply fills shifts.

Why the owner's experience matters
Our founder did not start ISOS Security from a management background — he started it from the front line. Over 8 years of working as a security professional taught him first-hand what makes the difference between security that works and security that only looks like it works on paper. That experience informs everything we do.
