ISOS Security was founded by a security professional who spent over 8 years working on the front line of the industry — standing the posts, managing the doors, handling the incidents that most people never see.
That experience is the whole reason ISOS exists. After years of watching agencies send untrained staff to sites they'd never assessed, managed by people who'd never worked a shift, our founder set out to build the opposite: a security company where every job is planned properly, every guard is briefed, and the person you speak to is the person accountable for your protection.
Today he still oversees every assignment personally. When you call ISOS Security, you're not routed through a switchboard — you're talking to the owner who will make sure the job is done right.
Our story
ISOS Security was started for a simple reason: too much of the security industry settles for "good enough". Guards turn up with no briefing. Clients get passed between account managers who've never seen their site. Communication goes quiet the moment a contract is signed. For a service whose entire purpose is protection and peace of mind, that isn't good enough — and our founder knew it because he'd lived it.
Drawing on over 8 years of hands-on frontline work across guarding, door supervision and close protection, he built ISOS Security around the standards he always wished agencies would meet. Every guard SIA licensed and vetted. Every assignment briefed and planned. Every client given one accountable point of contact who actually answers the phone. It's a simple model — but done consistently, it's exactly what businesses have been looking for.
